Mojito
6 cl white rum
1 Tbsp raw sugar
1/2 lime, cut in wedges
fresh mint leaves
sparkling water, to top
Place mint leaves at the bottom of a glass, add sugar and lime and press gently with a muddler.
Fill glass almost to top with ice, pour rum over the ice top up with sparkling water. Stir gently and decorate with a lime wedge.
