Yorkshire Pudding
3 eggs
100 g flour
1/4 tsp salt
160 ml milk
4 tbsp vegetable oil or sunflower oil
Start by preheating the oven to 225°C.
Mix the flour and salt together. Add the eggs and gradually stir in the milk to create a smooth batter.
Place half a teaspoon of oil in each compartment of a 12-hole muffin tin.
Put the muffin tin in the oven and heat until very hot.
Carefully remove the muffin tin from the oven and divide the batter among the compartments. Immediately return to the hot oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
