Yogurt Bread

250 g flour

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp baking powder

2 dl yogurt

1/2 tbsp oil

Egg for brushing

Poppy or sesame seeds

Knead everything together on a floured surface.

Shape the dough into a ball and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Make sure to slightly flatten the ball with your palms to ensure even baking.

Cut a few slits into the dough.

Brush with egg or milk and sprinkle seeds on top.

Bake at 220°C for 20-25 minutes.
