Taco spice mix

4 tsp chili powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

1/2 tsp cocoa powder

1/2 tsp ground coriander

1 tsp salt

1 tsp ground oregano

1 tsp ground cumin

Mix all ingredients and keep in an airtight container.

2 tablespoons= 1 sachet of store bought taco spice mix.
