Sweet Chili Hummus Canapés

2 cans of chickpeas, rinsed

Pinch of salt

4 tbsp tahini

1 tsp paprika

4 tsp lemon juice

100-200 ml sweet chili sauce

2-3 baguette loaves

1 red bell pepper

1 bunch of chives

Place the chickpeas, spices, 100 ml of sweet chili sauce, and lemon juice into a food processor and blend until the hummus reaches a smooth consistency. Add more sweet chili sauce as needed to thin the hummus to the desired texture.

Transfer the hummus into a piping bag with a star-shaped nozzle.

Slice the baguette thinly and lightly toast the slices on a baking sheet.

Pipe the hummus onto each slice and top with a little sweet chili sauce. Garnish with sliced red bell pepper and chopped chives.
