Sweet Apple Loaf
(2)

1.5 cups flour (210 g)

1.5 teaspoons cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup olive oil (50-55 g)

1/2 cup granulated sugar (100 g)

1/2 cup powdered sugar (90 g)

1 egg

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup apples, peeled, cored, and chopped

1.5 tablespoons apple sauce or apple juice

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, powdered sugar, granulated sugar, egg, chopped apples, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

In another bowl, mix together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then add the apple sauce or juice and mix until combined.

Pour the batter into a greased bread pan (remember to butter the pan beforehand).

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the bread has a beautiful golden color.

Allow the bread to stand for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan, then cool on a wire rack.

Serving suggestion: This bread is best enjoyed warm with butter.
