Sunflower Rolls

Sunflower Rolls

250 g flour

250 g whole wheat flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

1 packet dry yeast (3 tsp)

1/2 tsp ground cardamom

100 ml sunflower seeds

150 ml milk

150 ml water

100 g melted butter

Mix the dry ingredients and seeds in one bowl.

Warm the butter and combine with the wet ingredients in another bowl.

Knead the dough and let it rise for 1 hour.

Shape into small balls and let them rise for 10 minutes.

Bake at 190°C for 15-20 minutes.
