Sugarfree Bananabread

1 cup flour (140 g)

1 1/4 cups oats (125 g)

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup Sukrin (sugar substitute)

2 eggs

1/4 cup applesauce

1/4 cup almond milk

2 large ripe bananas, mashed

Mix the dry ingredients together, then gently fold in the wet ingredients with a spatula.

Bake at 175°C for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the bread.
