Strawberry daqiri slushie
6 cl rum
juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tsp icing sugar
4 fresh or frozen strawberries

Put the ice in a blender suitable for crushing ice, then add vodka, icing sugar, strawberries and lemon juice.
Pulse and blend at a high speed until smooth. Transfer the slushie to cocktail glass rimmed with powdered sugar and garnished with a strawberry.
