Strawberry Ice Cream

400 g strawberries

250 ml cream

250 ml whole milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

100 g sugar

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend well.

Pour the ice mixture into an ice cream maker and select the ice cream program.

For those who do not have an ice cream maker, you can pour the mixture into a brownie pan (preferably metal) and place it in the freezer. Let the pan freeze for 1.5 hours, then stir the mixture and return it to the freezer. It’s best to stir the ice cream every hour until the texture is satisfactory.
