Spesiur Cookies
225 g soft butter
125 g icing sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
350 g flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
chocolate drops, placed on each cookie immediately after baking.
Mix all the ingredients together and roll into a log.
Chill the dough for at least 4 hours before slicing it into thin rounds and arranging the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 180°C for 10-12 minutes.
Add chocolate drops to each cookie as soon as they come out of the oven so that the chocolate melts slightly. Make sure to let the cookies cool completely and the chocolate set before transferring them to a cookie tin.
