Soup base recipe

This soup base works exceptionally well for mushroom or pepper soup.

1/2 pack mushrooms or 1 pepper

1 tsp olive oil

1 spring onion

600 ml water

1 chicken stock cube

1/3 vegetable stock cube

1 tbsp flour

Start by heating the oil in a pot and add the vegetables to soften them. Add a bit of water if needed.

Pour 500 ml of the water into the pot along with the chicken and vegetable stock cubes.

Shake the flour with 100 ml of water and add it to the pot once the soup starts to boil.

Let the soup simmer for a few minutes.
