Small ham rolls
150 ml milk
100 g butter
1 tsp dry yeast
1 egg
1 dl parsley and chives (100 ml)
125 g ham
1 tsp salt
50 g whole wheat flour
350 g all-purpose flour
Egg for brushing
Warm the milk and melt the butter.
Dissolve the yeast in the milk.
Chop the herbs and finely dice the ham.
Mix everything together and knead. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
Knead again and divide into small rolls. Arrange on a baking sheet and let rise again for 30 minutes.
Brush with egg and bake for 8-10 minutes at 200°C.
