Slowcooker Pizza Sauce

1 tin of diced tomatoes

500 ml of passata

70 g tomato paste

1/2 tbsp garlic powder

1/2 tbsp onion powder

1 tsp basil

1/2 tbsp oregano

1/2 tbsp sugar

A pinch of salt and black pepper

2 bay leaves

Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

At the end of the cooking time, remove the bay leaves, and the sauce is ready. If you prefer a completely blended sauce, you can transfer it to a blender, but it is also delicious when left "chunky."
