Slowcooker Beef Tacos

400-500 g lean beef mince

1 1/2 tsp cumin

1 tsp Maldon salt

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp Mexican chili seasoning (e.g., McCormick)

1/2 tsp oregano

1/2 onion, finely chopped

1 clove garlic

1/4 red pepper, finely chopped

3/4 cup passata

In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion, garlic, and red pepper to the skillet. Sauté for a few minutes until the vegetables soften.

Stir in the cumin, Maldon salt, paprika, Mexican chili seasoning, and oregano.

Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture to a slow cooker and add the passata.

Set the slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 2-3 hours.

Serve the beef taco filling in tortillas with your favorite toppings
