Warning: Incredibly Easy Slow Cooker Recipe
4 chicken breasts
400 g Philadelphia Light cream cheese
1 packet Hidden Valley Spicy Ranch dressing mix
Cooked bacon, chopped
Sliced green onions
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the chicken, then add the cream cheese on top.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
Once cooked, shred the chicken with a fork and mix it with the cream cheese mixture in the pot.
While it might not look like much (it resembles chicken salad), sprinkle the chopped bacon and green onions on top before serving.
This mixture is great as a filling for sandwiches, hamburger buns, wraps, or even in lettuce wraps.
