Pizza Bianca
100 g cottage cheese, mashed
1 egg
A pinch of nutmeg
A pinch of parsley
Salt and pepper
30-50 g Parmigiano Reggiano, finely grated
100 g mozzarella, grated
50 g Havarti cheese, grated
Honey Sauce:
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
A pinch of chili flakes
Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 250°C.
Roll out the dough. Grease a cast-iron skillet with a little oil. Place the rolled-out dough in the skillet.
In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, egg, Parmigiano, salt, and pepper using an immersion blender or mini chopper. Add the parsley and spread the mixture over the pizza base.
Sprinkle the mozzarella and Havarti cheese on top.
Bake the pizza for 12-14 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the honey, Sriracha, chili, salt, and pepper in a small pot until the mixture thickens slightly. Remove from heat and serve with the pizza.
