Piña Colada Ice Cream
This is a non-alcoholic and incredibly refreshing recipe.
1 can of Coco Lopez (sweet coconut cream)
1 small can of pineapple in its own juice
1 can of coconut milk
1 tsp cinnamon
There’s no need to add extra sugar to this recipe, as the Coco Lopez cream is sweet enough.
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend well.
Then pour the mixture into an ice cream maker, or if you don't have one, you can freeze the ice in a mold. If freezing in a mold, it's good to stir the mixture a few times to minimize the formation of ice crystals.
