"Rúllutertubrauð" is a type of bread where the dough is baked first and then sliced into large, crustless sheets. These thin, rectangular slices of bread are sold in every grocerystore In Iceland. They are ideal for spreading with fillings, like cheese or other savory options and can be served hot or cold. Once the filling is applied, the bread is rolled up into a log shape and served, creating a filled bread roll without a crust. It's a versatile base often used for making savory rolled appetizers or sandwiches.

1 sheet of pre-baked, crustless roll bread (Rúllutertubrauð)

1 container of paprika-flavored cheese spread

A small amount of crushed stock cube

2 tbsp mayonnaise

3 tbsp sour cream

1/3 green pepper

1/3 red pepper

3 tbsp corn kernels

Season-all spice

Shredded cheese

Paprika powder

Mix the paprika cheese spread, crushed stock cube, sour cream, and mayonnaise together.

Chop the bell peppers into small pieces and mix them into the cheese blend along with the corn. Season with Season-All spice.

Spread the mixture evenly over the bread sheet and roll it up.

Sprinkle shredded cheese and paprika powder over the top of the roll.

Bake at 200°C for about 20 minutes or until the roll is golden and heated through.
