Pear yogurt Ice Cream
500 ml Greek yogurt
1 can pears in syrup (reserve the syrup)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp powdered sugar
Blend together the pears and about 100 ml of the pear syrup with the cinnamon, powdered sugar, and yogurt.
Pour the ice mixture into an ice cream maker.
It’s also nice to serve the ice cream with caramel sauce and some crunch, such as crushed nuts.
