Pear Crumble

2 pears, peeled and cut into pieces

1 tbsp flour

2 tbsp powdered sugar

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Topping Mixture:

1 dl rolled oats

4 tbsp powdered sugar

45 g butter

1 tbsp flour

1/4 tsp salt

2 tbsp crushed pecans

Place the cut pears in a baking dish. Sprinkle the flour, powdered sugar, and cinnamon over them and stir gently to combine.

In another bowl, mix together the oats, powdered sugar, salt, butter, flour, and pecans. It’s best to rub the butter into the mixture with your hands.

Crumble the mixture over the pears.

Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.

Serve the warm dessert with vanilla ice cream.
