Olive- Cheeseballs
20 g butter
1 dl grated cheese
0.7 dl flour
a splash of Worcestershire sauce
10 large green olives
Mix together all the ingredients except the olives until the dough is manageable. It’s good to chill the dough slightly before working with it, but I used frozen grated cheese so I could skip that step.
Take a small piece of the dough (about 2 tsp) and mold it into a small bowl in your palm. Place an olive inside the dough bowl and wrap the dough around it.
I got 10 pieces from this mixture.
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Great with chilled white wine or ice-cold beer.
