Nutella Star
One batch of pizza dough:
400 g flour
1.5 tbsp oil
1.5 tsp dry yeast
240 ml lukewarm water
1 tsp salt
Knead and let rise for 1 hour
1 jar of Nutella (200 g)
Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll each part out with a rolling pin. Place a large dinner plate on top of the rolled-out dough and cut out a circular shape. Repeat for each dough portion.
Spread Nutella on the first circle, place the next dough circle on top, and spread Nutella again. Repeat with the third portion. Place the last dough circle on top (do not spread Nutella on the last one).
Place a glass in the center of the circle and cut 16 slices (like pizza slices), stopping at the glass. Remove the glass and twist each slice (take two pieces at a time and twist them in opposite directions). Once all the pieces are twisted, take two pieces together and pinch the ends to seal.
Brush with milk or egg wash and bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown.
