Norwegian bread rolls
These come very close to the bread rolls found in all the major bakeries in Oslo.
1 packet of dry yeast
50 g sugar
100 g margarine
375 ml milk
500 g flour
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
Let rise for 40 minutes.
Knead and shape into buns.
Let rise for 20 minutes.
Bake at 225°C for 10-15 minutes.
These are best freshly baked with butter and cheese.
You can also add raisins or dark chocolate chips.
