Mini Oreo Cheese cakes
250 g cream cheese
110 g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
130 g Greek yogurt
12 Oreo cookies for the base
6 crushed Oreo cookies
Preheat the oven to 135°.
Beat together the cream cheese, egg, yogurt, and vanilla with the sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the crushed cookies.
Place paper liners in a muffin tin.
Put one cookie at the bottom of each cup.
Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cookies and bake at 135° for 30-40 minutes or until the cakes have set.
Allow the cakes to cool and enjoy.
