Mars Cookies
200 g chopped Mars chocolate
150 g sugar
80 g butter
1 egg
150 g flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly until you have a smooth dough.
Shape the dough into rolls and refrigerate.
Once chilled, slice the dough into thin rounds and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 175°C for 8-10 minutes.
Yields about 40-50 cookies.
