Mango Mousse with Coconut Cream

2 mango

1 banana

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp powdered sugar

1 can coconut milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

A few fresh raspberries for garnish

Mash the mango, lime juice, powdered sugar, and banana together. Place the mixture in glasses.

Chill the coconut milk in the refrigerator for at least an hour or in the freezer for a shorter time to thicken slightly.

Mix the chilled coconut milk with the vanilla extract.

Pour this mixture over the fruit puree and garnish with raspberries.
