Mango chutney chicken

8 chicken legs

1 teaspoon oil

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, grated

6 tablespoons mango chutney

1 teaspoon mild curry powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoon salt

In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.

Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the grated garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.

In a bowl, combine the sautéed onion and garlic with the mango chutney, curry powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix well.

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Place the chicken legs in a baking dish and spread the mango chutney mixture evenly over the chicken.

Bake the chicken legs in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until they are cooked through and the skin is golden.

Serve the mango chutney chicken legs hot, accompanied by rice.
