Lion Bar Cookies
100 g Lion Bar chocolate bar
100 g dark chocolate
180 g powdered sugar
80 g margarine (or butter)
1 egg
160 g all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda (natron)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 180°C .
In a mixing bowl, cream together the powdered sugar, margarine, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
In a separate bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until combined.
Chop the Lion Bar into small pieces and gently fold it into the cookie dough.
Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 8 minutes or until lightly golden.
Allow the cookies to cool slightly before storing them in a bag or container.
