Lace Cookies
200 g butter
2 1/2 dl sugar
6 dl oats
2 tbsp flour
3 tbsp syrup
2 tbsp double cream
150 g dark chocolate
Melt the butter and combine with all the ingredients except the chocolate in a pot.
Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes at 200°C.
Cut the cookies into bars and melt the chocolate, dipping one corner into it or drizzling the melted chocolate over the end of each cookie with a spoon.
