Jogurt Muffins
150 g sugar
2 eggs
100 g margarine, melted
200 g caramel yogurt or coffee yogurt
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
300 g flour
100 g chopped chocolate
Start by whisking the eggs and sugar together until well combined. Add the melted margarine, vanilla, and yogurt. Finally, mix in the baking powder, flour, and chocolate, stirring gently with a spatula.
Spoon the batter into small paper molds (about heaping tablespoons into each mold).
Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
I usually use dark chocolate, but it's also nice to add chopped pecans to the batter.
