Italian Meatballs
500 g ground meat
1 onion, finely chopped
1 dl fresh parsley, chopped (without stems)
1 egg
2-3 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
60 g panko bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Finely chop the onion and parsley.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped onion, parsley, ground meat, egg, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, panko, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into meatballs and roll them in a little flour.
Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and fry the meatballs until browned on all sides.
Pour your favorite pasta sauce over the cooked meatballs in the pan. Let it simmer for a few minutes to heat through.
Serve the meatballs and sauce over cooked spaghetti.
