Hamburger Sauce

140 g light mayonnaise

1 tbsp yellow mustard (French’s)

2 tbsp sweet pickle relish

1 tbsp finely chopped onion

1/2 tsp table vinegar

1/4 tsp paprika

1/8 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp sugar

Celery salt, a pinch

Mix all the ingredients together and stir well.

Refrigerate for 12-24 hours before use to allow the sauce to develop its flavor.

Stir a few times during refrigeration.
