Ham and cheese pinwheels
50 g butter
1 1/2 dl milk
3 tsp dry yeast
1 egg
1 dl graham flour or whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
300 g flour
Filling:
200 g cream cheese
200 g ham
1/2-1 leek
Egg for brushing
Melt the butter and warm the milk slightly. Dissolve the yeast in the milk.
Add the remaining ingredients and knead. Let the dough rise for 30-40 minutes.
Roll out the dough into a 30x50 cm rectangle.
Mix the cream cheese, finely chopped leek, and ham, then spread the mixture over the dough.

Roll the dough from the long side and cut it into slices.
Bake at 200°C until the rolls turn golden (12-15 minutes).
