Greek Burger

320 g ground beef

2-4 tbsp salad cheese (feta or similar)

4-6 tbsp olives, finely chopped

2 tsp oregano

Salt and pepper

4 olive rolls or hamburger buns

Sauce:

Sour cream

Fresh mint

Fresh thyme or oregano

Salt and pepper

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salad cheese, chopped olives, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Form the mixture into patties.

Cook the patties on a grill or in a skillet until they are fully cooked through.

For the sauce, mix sour cream with finely chopped fresh mint, thyme or oregano, salt, and pepper to taste.

Serve the patties on olive rolls or hamburger buns, alongside baked sweet potato wedges and avocado slices. Garnish with additional olives, tomatoes, and onions as desired.
