Golden Cake
1 3/4 dl flour
1 dl sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1.2 dl water (120 g)
3 tbsp oil
Combine all the ingredients together and pour into a greased pan. Bake at 175°C for 35-40 minutes. It’s a good idea to check if the cake is fully baked by inserting a toothpick into the cake; if it comes out clean, the cake is done.
Coconut Caramel:
2 tbsp margarine
3 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp water
Put all the ingredients for the caramel in a saucepan and heat together. When the mixture starts to boil, you can take it off the heat. Pour over the fully baked cake and bake again in the oven for 5 minutes.
