GF Pizza Pinwheels

60 ml warm water

1 tbsp powdered sugar

1 tsp dry yeast

280 g gluten-free bread flour

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp gluten-free baking powder

1/4 tsp cream of tartar

2 eggs

5 tbsp milk

Dissolve the yeast in the warm water along with the powdered sugar. Let the mixture foam for 5 minutes.

In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients and add the eggs, yeast mixture, and milk. Knead for a few minutes and then let the dough rise for about 1 hour.

Sprinkle a little gluten-free flour on a surface and roll out the dough.

Spread pizza sauce and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the dough.

Roll the dough up and cut into 9 slices. Arrange the slices in a baking dish.

Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes.
