Fruit cocktail
1 small punnet strawberries
1 small tin pineapple in juice cut into small chunks (keep juice for later)
lemon juice
150 g Greek yogurt
1 tsp cinnamon
stevia or other liquid sweetener to taste
2-3 Tbsp pineapple juice
grated zest of one lemon
Squeeze lemon juice over berries and pineapple. In another bowl Greek yogurt and cinnamon, sweetener, pineapple juice and lemon zest.
Pour the Greek yogurt mixture over the fruits and serve.
