French Chocolate Cake
200 g butter
200 g dark chocolate
4 eggs
2 dl sugar
1 dl flour
Powdered sugar for decoration
Whisk together the eggs and sugar.
Melt the butter and chocolate together in a double boiler.
Combine the chocolate mixture with the egg mixture, along with the flour (use a spatula).
Line a 26 cm cake pan with baking paper and pour in the batter.
Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle powdered sugar over the cake.
Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
