Easy Bean Burrito
1 can pinto beans
1 small jar salsa
1-2 tbsp burrito seasoning
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 pack large tortillas (6 pcs)
Vegetables for filling, such as lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber
Instructions:
Start by rinsing the beans. Dry-fry the beans in a pan, then add the salsa and burrito seasoning.
Once the mixture starts to simmer, turn off the heat and stir in the cream cheese.
Place the bean filling in the center of each tortilla, add the vegetables on top, and roll it up.
If the tortilla doesn’t stay rolled, you can wrap it in aluminum foil.
This burrito is perfect for a lunchbox!
