Crispy Air Fryer Fish

2-3 fillets of white fish

1/2 cup yellow cornmeal

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 egg, beaten (for dipping)

Lemon, cut into wedges

Preheat your air fryer to 200°C.

In a shallow bowl, mix together the cornmeal, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Dip each fish fillet into the beaten egg, ensuring it’s well-coated.

Then, dredge the fillet in the cornmeal mixture, pressing gently to adhere the coating.

Place the coated fish fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping the fillets halfway through after the first 5 minutes for even cooking.

Once done, remove the fish from the air fryer and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
