Creamy Buffalo Pasta
1-2 cooked chicken breasts, cut into pieces
1/2 chicken broth cube
1/2 dl water
1 small tin of Philadelphia cream cheese
4 tbsp sour cream
1 packet ranch dressing mix
2-6 tbsp buffalo sauce (depending on desired spiciness)
100 g shredded cheese, divided
250 g dry pasta
1/2 red pepper and 1 green onion
Start by boiling the pasta.
In another pot, dissolve the chicken broth cube in water. Add the cream cheese, buffalo sauce and ranch dressing mix.
Add half of the cream cheese and the sour cream, stirring until the cheese is melted.
Remove the sauce from the heat and stir in the cooked pasta and chicken. Mix in the remaining cream cheese.
Chop the red pepper and green onion finely and sprinkle them over the dish before serving.
