Cottage Cheese bread Rolls
2 tsp dry yeast
300 ml milk
100 g cottage cheese
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg
60 g grated mozzarella
2 teaspoons herb salt (Herbamare)
500-550 g flour
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk.
Mix in the vegetable oil, cheese, cottage cheese and herb salt.
Add half of the flour and let it rise for 30 minutes.
Gradually knead in the remaining flour until a soft dough forms.
Divide the dough into 15-20 pieces. Shape into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Let the rolls rise again for 30 minutes. Brush with milk or egg wash.
Bake at 220°C for 10-15 minutes, or until the rolls start to turn golden brown.
