Cottage Cheese Rolls
300 ml all-purpose flour
300 ml whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp dry yeast
250 ml lukewarm milk
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 small container cottage cheese
A pinch of oregano
Pour the lukewarm milk into a bowl, add the sugar and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Mix in the dry ingredients, olive oil, and cottage cheese, then allow the dough to rise for 30-40 minutes.
Divide the dough into 7 pieces and shape into rolls.
You can dip the rolls in seeds before baking—options include black sesame, poppy, pumpkin, or sunflower seeds.
Place the rolls close together on a baking tray so they rise and form a pull-apart bread when baked.
Bake in the middle of the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
