Corn Ribs
2 fresh corn cobs
2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
50 g melted butter
Juice of one lime
Fresh chili, finely chopped
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Chopped parsley for garnish
Start by cutting each corn cob in half.
Take each half and slice it into four "ribs" by cutting down the middle. CAREFULLY!!
Melt the butter and remove it from the heat. Add the spices and lime juice to the melted butter.
Place the corn ribs into a bowl with the spice mixture and stir with a spatula to coat the ribs evenly.
Cook the corn ribs in an air fryer at 200°C for 20 minutes. Flip the corn ribs halfway through the cooking time.
Once cooked, sprinkle Parmesan cheese, parsley, and chopped chili over the corn and serve immediately.
