Cookie Monster Cocktail
This cocktail is always a hit. It takes a bit of effort to prepare the whipped cream since blue frosting isn’t available in a squeeze tube here, but it’s well worth it, and topping the drink with cream is even more delicious than using buttercream as done in the original recipe.
Put everything in a blender:
30 ml Cake vodka
30 ml vanilla vodka
30 ml white chocolate liqueur
1 liter vanilla ice cream (fill up to half the blender)
5 Oreo cookies
Blend and pour into cocktail glasses (hurricane glasses or poco grande, which is a smaller cocktail glass).
Top with whipped cream (whip cream with a tablespoon of powdered sugar) colored with blue food coloring (powder or gel color, absolutely not liquid, as that will prevent the cream from whipping properly).
Pipe into the glass using a whipped cream dispenser or piping bag with a star tip and decorate with 1 Oreo cookie and 2 deep-fried or Mentos that have been decorated with black edible ink.
