Cocoa Bread

160 g flour

120 g sugar

120 g oats

2 tsp cocoa powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking soda

250 ml buttermilk

1 egg

Mix all ingredients together with a spoon and pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.

Bake at 200°C for 60 minutes. After 30 minutes of baking, it’s a good idea to cover the top with aluminium foil to prevent it from burning.

To check if the bread is fully baked, insert a skewer into the loaf. If it comes out clean, the bread is done.

This bread is especially delicious served warm with butter.
