Cocktail Fruit Slump

1 can fruit cocktail

1 cup sugar

1 egg

1 cup flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

Topping:

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup desiccated coconut

Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Place the fruit cocktail in the bottom of a baking dish.

In a bowl, mix the juice from the fruit with all the other ingredients and stir well.

Pour this mixture over the fruit.

Sprinkle the brown sugar and desiccated coconut on top and bake for 35-45 minutes.
