Cinnamon Cake
250 g sugar
90 g melted butter
4 dl buttermilk (or 3.5 dl almond milk and 1 tsp vinegar)
300 g flour
3 tsp cinnamon
1.5 tsp baking soda
Mix the sugar and melted butter together, then add the dry ingredients, followed by the buttermilk.
Pour the batter into a greased brownie pan and bake for about 30 minutes at 200°C, or pour into muffin tins and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
Coffee Buttercream:
40 g butter
200 g powdered sugar
1.5 tsp vanilla sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2-3 tbsp strong coffee
Mix everything together, adding coffee until the buttercream reaches the desired thickness.
