Chocolate vodka liqueur
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup boiling water
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1 cup vodka
Dissolve cocoa powder in boiling water and set aside.
Make simple syrup by dissolving sugar in water in a saucepan. Mix into cocoa mixture.
Pour through a sieve and leave to cool.
Pour into a bottle and mix with vodka. Refigerate for a week and pour again through a sieve before use.
